I stayed at Miami House for 4 months during my Erasmus exchange, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

First and foremost, everything is extremely clean, both the rooms and the common areas. The rooms are well equipped, comfortable, and have plenty of storage space, which is perfect for a long stay.

The common areas are great for hanging out: spacious, calm, and never overcrowded, so you can always relax, study, or socialize peacefully. We were even allowed to invite friends from university to spend time with us in the lounge, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

Moreover, the staff at Miami House really pay attention to the small details — for example, they gave us an Advent calendar, which was such a lovely and thoughtful gesture. The reception staff is incredibly kind and helpful, always going out of their way to assist you. They also collect Amazon packages, which is super convenient.

Last but not least, the location is excellent: it’s only about 10 minutes walking distance from the central station and very well connected to the city center — the 112 bus literally stops right in front of the building.

Overall, Miami House is an ideal place for exchange students or any other long-term stays: clean, comfortable, well designed, and with outstanding service. I would absolutely recommend it and would happily stay here again.

I stayed her for 4 months while working in Hamburg and it was an amazing experience. The front desk is incredibly helpful and the rooms are quite nice for the price. Kitchens are large and lounge and gym are good amenities.

Miami House is a perfect spot. It's a clean building, good community and Sebastian is terrific to be around. He made sure me and other guests had what we needed, and was always helpful. I loved features like the laundry room, games, large kitchens, and was a frequent visitor of the vending machines for coffee and snacks. I really appreciated how they keep the vending prices good and affordable!

Absolutely recommended. Super clean and functional rooms. Great sports opportunities in the fitness room. Even preparing food in the kitchen or doing laundry is all possible on site, very uncomplicated and with very good facilities. Great location in close proximity to the main train station for the S-Bahn, subway and long-distance transport. Staff super pleasant and friendly. House manager Sebastian is world class. If you're in Hamburg on business, then only Miami House.

The Miami House Hamburg is the perfect choice for anyone looking for modern, stylish and at the same time familiar long-term accommodation in Hamburg! You feel welcome here from the start - the atmosphere is relaxed, the community is unique, and there is everything you need for a longer stay.

A real highlight is the large common room with kitchen, which feels like a cozy living room. Here you can cook together, eat together or just sit together and relax. The games room is another highlight - with arcade classics like Pac-Man you can immerse yourself in nostalgic gaming moments here. If you want to work out, you'll find everything you need for your daily workout in the in-house fitness room - perfect for anyone who wants to stay active during their stay.

The community in Miami House is also unique - it's easy to get into conversation with other residents, and every now and then there's even a little surprise in the form of a shared evening drink. A great gesture that underlines the special spirit of the house!

The apartments are modern, functional and furnished with attention to detail - ideal for anyone who works in Hamburg or simply wants to stay longer. The top location makes it easy to explore the city, while the house itself offers a quiet, pleasant oasis of retreat.

After six months of stay, I can say: I was completely satisfied! The location is super central and perfectly connected, the facilities are modern and well thought out. I found the lounge areas particularly cool – ideal for coming into contact with the other residents. Huge praise also to the team on site: always friendly, helpful and quick with solutions. I stayed in Miami House for 3 months during a work secondment.

The space is clean & the facilities are really good (Gym, Laundry, Kitchen). I did not had any issues and I would say the prices are close to the average for funished temporary accomodation. The staff are all very friendly and helpful which made the time spent even more enjoyable.

The location is great with lots of public transport options within short walking distance.

Ideal for a short stay in Hamburg. I spent two months during my internship at MIAMI HOUSE and I am completely satisfied. The location/connection to public transport is good: you can walk to the Hammerbrook S-Bahn station or the main train station in under 10 minutes; It's also just a five-minute walk to the supermarket (Edeka Hammerbrook). The apartments are great: modern, clean, with a small kitchenette, a workstation, nicely furnished (the beds are a bit too small, but it also depends on your height). All other rooms are also great: the gym with top equipment as well as the foyer including a communal kitchen (drinks/snacks machine) and another common room including sofa corners; In the latter two you can also work from your home office in peace and quiet - just like in an apartment. The staff is always available on site during the day and can also be reached quickly via email or similar while on the go. The price-performance ratio is okay. I can recommend MIAMI to those who are planning a short stay in HH, even in comparison to other furnished apartments (with similar concepts), because you can book it quickly and easily, and you ultimately get more in the price than just the apartment (gym, etc.).

I lived at Miami House for 1.5 months. This apartment hotel is clean and provides all the essential services for someone new to Hamburg or in need of a quick apartment solution. The staff are kind and helpful, and I met some nice people during my stay.

On the downside, there are only two shared kitchens, and the rooms are very small for the price. Additionally, you can only move in on the 1st or 15th of the month, and they only offer a discount after three months of rental. While it is centrally located near Hauptbahnhof, it’s not in the best area of Hamburg. All the best! 👍

My time spent at Miami House was awesome. The space is clean & the facilities are of top quality! Any issues we had were promptly responded to and resolved. While the prices are on the expensive side, you do get your value for money. The staff are all very friendly and helpful which made the time spent even more enjoyable.

Super nice student apartment. Great facilities, very well thought out and cozy small bathroom, small kitchenette, enough storage space and a modern ambience. You feel very safe. There is also a laundry room, a gym, community areas, a shared kitchen, and parking in the backyard. The house is very clean and well maintained and the staff is great! Thank you
