We are delighted to welcome you as our guest and hope you have a pleasant stay. Please check whether you still need to complete any of the following steps in order to gain access to MIAMI HOUSE and your room:
- Online-Check-In
We have emailed the link to the online check-in to you or, where applicable, your booking portal two days before your official arrival date*.
*If several rooms were booked for different guests using the same email address, the check-in emails for all guests were sent to that same email address. However, it is necessary for each guest to complete a separate online check-in so that a unique digital key can be generated for each room. These emails must therefore be forwarded to each of these guests.
- Download the free door key app
Install the ‘Hospitality Mobile Access’ app and enable Bluetooth.
- Registration in the app
Please register using the name and email address you provided during online check-in.
- Opening the doors
Hold your smartphone up to the door or wall card reader with the app open (repeat if necessary).
If you’re arriving during our opening hours (Mon–Fri, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm), please get in touch and we’ll be happy to welcome you in person.
Arrival outside of service hours: if you have any questions or require additional services, we will be happy to assist you in person from the next working day.
If you experience any technical difficulties outside of service hours, please feel free to contact our technical emergency service by phone. You can find the phone number in our HOUSE GUIDE under ‘1. Service Team / Contacts’. There you will also find further information about your stay at MIAMI HOUSE.
If required, you can receive an additional physical key card or transponder the next working day. This ensures you still have access even if your smartphone is unavailable.
